This website is partially accessible. It largely meets the requirements of EN 301 549 / WCAG 2.1 (Level AA) in accordance with BITV 2.0 / BFSG, but still has some barriers.

Accessibility Measures Implemented

• Consistent keyboard navigation with visible focus indicator for links, buttons, and form elements
• Skip link for direct access to main content
• Structured and logically nested heading hierarchy
• Consistent navigation and clear menu structure
• Responsive design for different screen sizes and mobile devices
• Content and functions can be scaled up to at least 200% without loss of functionality (zoom)
• Contrast largely in accordance with WCAG 2.1 AA
• Semantically correct markup for links, buttons, and form fields
• Important areas marked with ARIA landmarks and roles
• The active language of the website is correctly specified in the code (lang attribute)
• Animations and effects are subtle and do not impair readability; moving content can be paused
• No time limits or automatic redirects
• The site is testable and usable with common screen readers
• Alternative texts provided for most relevant images

Note for Safari on macOS: For full keyboard navigation (Tab key also on links and buttons), the “Keyboard Navigation” option must be enabled in system settings.

Non-accessible Content

• Missing or incomplete alternative texts for some images
• Embedded PDF documents without accessible structure
• Videos without subtitles or audio description
• Forms partly without clear labeling
• Elements not fully operable by keyboard (e.g., cookie banner, carousels)
• iframe titles partly missing
• Third-party content cannot always be verified for accessibility
