This website is partially accessible. It largely complies with the requirements of EN 301 549 / WCAG 2.1 (Level AA) according to BITV 2.0 / BFSG, but still has some barriers.

Implemented accessibility measures

• Unified keyboard navigation with visible focus indicator for links, buttons, and form elements.
• Skip link to jump directly to the main content
• Structured and logically nested heading hierarchy
• Consistent navigation and clear menu guidance
• Responsive design for different screen sizes and mobile devices
• Content and functions can be enlarged (zoomed) 200%
• Contrasts largely in accordance with WCAG 2.1 AA
• Semantically correct markup of links, buttons, and form fields
• Key areas are marked by ARIA landmarks and roles.
• The active language of the website is correctly marked up in the code (lang attribute).
• Animations and effects are subtle and do not impair readability; moving content can be paused.
• There are no time restrictions or automatic redirects.
• The site is testable and usable with common screen readers.
• Alternative text is provided for most of the relevant images.

Non-accessible content

• Missing or incomplete alternative text for images
• Embedded PDF documents without an accessible structure
• Videos without subtitles or audio description
• Some forms lack clear labeling.
• Elements that are not fully operable via keyboard (e.g., cookie banners, carousels)
• iframe titles partially missing
• Third-party content cannot always be checked for accessibility.
