  There are traditions that are so lovely... like our welcome aperitif in the hotel bar "Davidoff Lounge" . Together with the management of Burg Schlitz warmly welcome you here at 6:30 pm

  Burg Schlitz is also a must-see at the end of the year. Gourmet kitchen party!

  Head chef Maik Albrecht and his team invite you to experience a lively, communicative evening with fascinating creations. 

  Wines, non-alcoholic drinks and hot drinks are included until 10:00 PM.

  Our cozy hotel bar “Davidoff Lounge” is available to round off the evening.

  Good morning on the last day of the year. Our diverse castle breakfast in the Café-Brasserie "Louise" invites you to start your day in a relaxed manner.

  From 3:00 PM onwards, you can test your luck and skill in our rotundas for a good cause.

  On New Year's Eve, we invite you to the "Garden Salon" at 8:00 pm to join us for a festive start to the evening. We will serve you a sparkling New Year's Eve cocktail and delicious appetizers .

  With a flying dinner and culinary New Year's Eve buffet in our colonnade, we offer you the opportunity to try a little of everything and indulge your culinary desires.

  DJ Matthias invites to the first New Year's Eve Gala Ball at Burg Schlitz "Hall of Coats of Arms" . We'll sweeten your evening cocktails

  Formal evening attire is requested.

  at 11:45 pm in the courtyard in front of the vaulted cellar , where we traditionally bid farewell to the old year and toast to the new year.

  This New Year's Eve, too, a top-class musical fireworks display

  The celebrations can continue in style in the "Coat of Arms Hall" Midnight snacks and fresh Berliner doughnuts available from approximately 12:30 a.m.

  New year, new luck! The new year begins with our breakfast buffet until 11:00 am in the Café-Brasserie “Louise” .

  Following this, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the "Schinkel Hall," to the traditional " Burg Schlitz New Year's Concert"—the chamber music ensemble of the Hamburg New Philharmonic will perform for you at the highest level.
  (Duration approx. 1.5 hours including intermission)

  Afterwards, our park the opportunity to enjoy leisure time .

  For those with a sweet tooth, we offer coffee and cake in our café-brasserie “Louise” .

  At 5 p.m. the bells of the Caroline Chapel invite you to the New Year's service .

  Before the culinary evening, we invite you to an aperitif in the "Garden Salon" at 6:30 pm , where we will give you an overview of the annual program of Burg Schlitz in 2026.

  Afterwards, back to the large festive tables in the elegant ambiance of the "Schinkel Hall" for our New Year's gourmet menu, featuring five exquisite courses . Wines and non-alcoholic beverages are included during the meal.
