We offer contact forms on our website that you can use to contact us regarding concerns about our hotel, such as reservation requests. The personal data provided will be stored for the purpose of processing the request as well as in the event that follow-up questions arise.
Alternatively, a contact via our e-mail address is possible, which is linked to various buttons. In this case, the user's personal data transmitted by e-mail will be stored for the purpose of processing the message and in case of follow-up questions.
Inquiries and messages received via the contact forms on our website or via our e-mail address are usually stored in our CRM system. The CRM system is regularly checked to see if data can be deleted. If data in the context of a guest or prospective customer relationship is no longer required or outweighs a conflicting interest of the guest or prospective customer, we will delete the relevant data, as far as there are no legal storage requirements.

ONLINE BOOKING
We also offer the possibility of an online contract for our guests. The data to be provided in this regard are marked as mandatory fields in the respective form. Without the specification of data in the respective mandatory fields an online booking is not possible. The legal basis for this data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR.
In the case of other personal information that you have voluntarily provided, in the case of a personal reference, we assume that the processing is in your interest (Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR). It is our interest to provide our services in a manner consistent with the contract.
VOLUNTARY INFORMATION
As far as you give us data voluntarily, e.g. in forms, and these are not required for the performance of our contractual obligations, we process these data on the basis that we assume that the processing and use of this data is in your interest.
RECEIVER / DISTRIBUTION OF DATA

If you have been awarded the contract as part of the application process, the data will be transferred to our personnel information system.
Your application data will be viewed by the HR department or the management after receipt of your application. Suitable applications are then forwarded internally to the responsible persons for the respective open position. Then the further procedure is tuned. In principle, only those persons in the company have access to your data, who need this for the proper execution of our application process.
MINORS

FACEBOOK
On the basis of our legitimate interests (i.e. interest in the analysis, optimization and economic operation of our online offer within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) lit. DSGVO), we use social plugins of the social network facebook.com, which is provided by Facebook Ireland Ltd ., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbor, Dublin 2, Ireland. INTEGRATION OF SERVICES AND CONTENT OF THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS
Within the website third-party content is included. For the use of such content, the transmission of the IP address of the user to the respective third-party provider is technically required. ii) Google Adwords Conversion Tracking
To statistically record the use of our website and to evaluate it for the purpose of optimizing our website, we also use Google conversion tracking. In doing so, Google Adwords will set a cookie (see section 4) on your computer if you have reached our website via a Google ad.
These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of the Adwords customer's website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and the customer can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page.
Every Adwords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies cannot be tracked via the websites of Adwords customers. The information gathered using the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for Adwords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Adwords customers get the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a conversion tracking tag page.
