There are traditions that are so beautiful... like our welcoming aperitif in the hotel bar, the Davidoff Lounge. Together with the hotel management of Burg Schlitz, we warmly welcome you here at 6:30 PM.
Our popular Burg Schlitz Gourmet Kitchen Party is also a must at the end of the year!
Head chef Maik Albrecht and his team invite you to experience a lively, communicative evening with fascinating creations. Our sommelier Franziska Pauli will accompany you through the evening with matching wines.
Wines, non-alcoholic beverages, and hot drinks are included until 10:00 PM.
Our cozy hotel bar, the Davidoff Lounge, is available to round off the evening.

Good morning to the last day of the year. Our varied castle breakfast in the Café-Brasserie "Louise" invites you to a relaxed start to your day.
From 3:00 p.m. in our rotundas, you can test your luck and skill for a good cause.
On New Year's Eve, we invite you to the "Garden Salon" at 8:00 p.m. to start the evening with us in a festive atmosphere. We will serve you a sparkling New Year's Eve cocktail and delicious appetizers.
With a flying dinner and a culinary New Year's Eve buffet in our colonnade, we offer you the opportunity to try a little of everything and indulge in culinary delights.
DJ Matthias invites you to the first New Year's Eve Gala Ball at Schlitz Castle in the "Wappensaal" (Coat of Arms Hall). We will sweeten your evening with cocktails. And you can dance.
We request formal evening attire.
We'll meet you at 11:45 p.m. in the courtyard in front of the vaulted cellar, where we'll traditionally bid farewell to the old year and toast the new one.
This New Year's Eve, too, will welcome the New Year with a first-class musical fireworks display.
You can continue the celebrations in style in the "Wappensaal" (Coat of Arms Hall). Midnight snacks and fresh doughnuts will be available from around 12:30 a.m.

New Year, new luck! The new year begins with our breakfast buffet until 11:00 a.m. in the Café-Brasserie "Louise."
Afterwards, we invite you to the traditional "Burg Schlitz New Year's Concert" from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the "Schinkelsaal" - the chamber music ensemble of the Neue Philharmonie Hamburg orchestra will perform at the highest level.
(Duration approx. 1.5 hours including an interval)
Afterwards, our park offers the opportunity to enjoy your free time there.
For those with a sweet tooth, we offer coffee and cake in our Café-Brasserie "Louise."
At 5:00 p.m., the bells of the Karolinen Chapel invite you to the New Year's service.
Before the culinary delights of the evening, we invite you to an aperitif at 6:30 p.m. in the "Garden Salon," where we will give you an overview of Burg Schlitz's annual program for 2026.
Afterwards, we invite you back to the large, festive tables in the elegant ambiance of the "Schinkel Hall" for our New Year's gourmet menu, consisting of five delicious courses. Accompanying wines and non-alcoholic beverages are included with the menu.
